- 14-day returns on unworn, undamaged items in original packaging with tags attached.
- For faulty goods: Customers are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair (depending on the nature of the fault).
- For change of mind: A store credit will be offered.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
